The assumption is that you know the pattern, so there is no point in putting on the ****. Plus from a cosmetic point of view, most folks prefer the "cleaner" look from what i have seen...

Don't take any offense but I am looking for a shifter like the one on a Porsche. Its not symetrical more like a the one on TTStuff stainless and leather combo that curved like an banana. is something you can make?
