with full after burners as they banked away... Frikin loud!

i stayed on McChord AFB for a month, in walking distance from the drag.. i know loud!!

Default Heck - try working on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier.....

and the planes are taking off in afterburner. You're standing only about 15-20 feet away from them depending upon your job.

That's loud (but very cool especially at nite).

It's fun to watch, but is scary as you know what to have to work there at nite.

Hard to compare. Completely different sound. If you want loud, try an F18...just rude loud.
