Air bag light on??

Air bag light on??
I have my Passenger seat out of the car right now, could that be the reason for the " AIR BAG " light to be on? I would make sense since it's unhooked....
Could the Unplugged Seat be the answer??

well....
if you want to do some thing about the light shy of putting the seat back in search on vw vortex. a lot of the kids there don't have oem seats or take out there passenger seat to go drag racing. and some how they have come up with a easy way to get around the air bag light being on.
