Default im 155 lbs and i eat 3-4 of these a week
i &lt;3 college and being 20

Default garbage plate:
the bottom of the plate is covered in half home fries, half mac salad..


on top of that are two cheeseburger paties


on top of that is mustard, lots of it.


and on top of that is a meaty hot sauce made with an *** ton of grease, and worchestershire sauce (it tastes like heaven otta taste)


all in all about 2000 calories per plate.
