Default Almost in the market for a new bumper/airdam. Wifey beached the TT on a curb.

A little history is in order. She had twice before beached my lowered A6 on curbs, once ripping the bumper off completely, and the second time only partially. The second time, she called me and I "rescued" the A6 with a jack and some blocks. I was able to restore the bumper to reasonably good shape myself.

Well today, I get the call. TT is beached, but she thinks there was no damage. So, as I go home for the jack and blocks (a pre-assembled kit by now) I'm thinking that I can pretend righteous indignation, and buy an nice new nose for the TT! As luck would have it, she did no damage on the curb, and I lifted and rolled it off in 2 minutes. Bummer.

Default actually that might be a better idea. Mine will probably burn the clutch and mess up the tranny

before she moves onto the bodywork.

My wife does not drive my TT. She prefers her own car.

Default Unfortunately, her regular vehicle IS an SUV with 2 feet of bumper clearance.

And you would think that prying off TWO bumpers would be enough training!!!
