Default andrewTT, meem...any recommendations on Audi dealers in the Boston area?

my wife is in Newton and the allroad took a dump. sounds like the serpentine belt...cluster lit up like xmas...and since it still runs, the brakes are firm and so is the steering...battery seems like it almost dead (quickly died due to lost belt on alternator?).

thx.

Default I used to take our cars to Bernardi in Natick until we moved.

The service rep I worked with for a long time moved to management but for the last year or so Ian was my regular contact there.

Not andrewTT or meem but I thought I would offer an option.

Default thx. got a tow to brookline since it was closest. dealer said they will look into it tomorrow.

appreciate the offer, thx.

i'm pretty sure its the serpentine belt...from the way she described the incident. she managed to drive back to her mom's house with the kids, barely...and got the tow from there.

wondering how Brookline Audi is. hopefully, they'll take care of it tomorrow. thx again.

Default I always take mine to Clair, even though Brookline is a mile away from me

I read a lot of bad stuff on 1.8t.org about brookline. But then again people rarely write about positive experiences. I'm sure they will get the AR fixed up. Next time try 1.8t.org do find a dealer with some positive feedback.

http://1.8t.org/dealers/?fz=02445&fzr=25&sd=desc</a
