Default Another boost machine question

If there is a leak in the boost machine (for example through the side ports of the regulator or the relief valve), will this result in overboosting because of decreased pressure that the N75 would see?

Also, what would happen if the bottom hose to the N75 fell off or was leaking? Same thing?

Default Yes and Yes...

The boost signal needs to get to the Watesgate. Leaks are not acceptable with this set-up..

Default Thanks. Is it possible that ...

I would have no problems with my currrent Boost Machine settings on the street, but if I took my car to the track, I might have the potential to go into limp mode because I am running the car so much hotter and harder? In your answer to a prior question, you said that limp mode occurs not only because of excessive boost but from other inputs such as excessive temperatures.

Default I would not set max boost beyond...>>

25 PSI. That will give you (very) little headroom. I generally run mine at 22 or so for street use...
For track use you can just dial down 1/2 turn...Dial it back up when you're done. Once you get to the sweet spot on the initial adjustment you can just work on either side of that with 1/2 turn.
