another chip, exhaust question

Sage Advice: Agree w/ Johnrg but if choosing, I would
think that the exhaust first would help the engine and then adding chip later will add to your thrills - like a roller coaster ride.
Some think the chip would heat up things under the hood and if you must choose, take exhaust first and then chip -- so after the chip goes in , the engine is still breathing easy.
