Im driving a 3.2TT with only 20K miles on the clock and its started to clunk under heavy braking or acceleration.. Is it normal for bushes to wear on such low mileage car..?

Its under warrenty but the dealer said he couldn't find the fault.. No supprise there.
I live 45 mins from the Nurbergring so took it for a few laps just to get it to repeat itself and sure enough there it was, it sounds like the struts are moving up and down in the body..

with the rear Brake pad retainers being installed incorrectly on 3.2's resulting in a similar clunk. At least 2 right off the showroom floor that I can recall...

The wife has had her 3.2 in twice for rear spring seat issues. You would hear it when starting off under any load.

i dont think there is much worse than clunking and thunking. like something might fall off or apart at any moment. I just had new coilovers put on and have a similar problem with the clunks. Luckily the shop has been really cool about it. They are coming to pick up the TT today and fix the problem "hopefully".
Good luck with your clunk..hope it all works out.
