Default any final thoughts on this wheel (konig "rated r")

folks,

after a long search, i think i've finally found the wheel for my tt -- in particular, it's six-spoke, has a machined lip of reasonable depth, and relatively simple in design. it's similar in design, but not the same as, the volk te-37 (which i already have on my s4).

my wheel shop was kind enough to allow me to bring it home so that i could compare it to my te-37's and get more familiar with the wheel before taking the plunge -- so i've taken some photos (below); comments are encouraged. oh yeah: if i go ahead with them, i plan to remove the stupid "rated r" logo (it's just a sticker).

specs are: 18x7.5 ET45 tuner fitment that includes 5x100. weight is rougly 23 pounds (according to my digital scale).

Default Nice looking, but add another $250-300 for spacers all around.....>>

13mm just to get you out to stock. 25mm's all around would look nice though!

i was thinking about just putting spacers in the back -- do you think it would really need them all around to look good? (i take it stock is ET32?)

in any case, my wheel shop is willing to machine custom spacers that are both hubcentric and custom-fitted to the wheel, so i should be all set once i figure out what the proper offset is.

ps. is there any concern that using spacers to go to a geometry other than stock will screw up the handling characteristics of the car?

thanks again!
