Default Any Great Roads in SF Bay Area?

Can anyone recommend some great roads in the San Francisco Bay Area where I can drive my TT to "stretch her legs out"? Where I live, the roads are usually crowded or infested with highway patrol officers. Long winding roads would be preferred.

Thanks
Joe

Default We'll be doing a Mines Rd./Mt. Hamilton drive once the weather clears up...

we were planning on this weekend, but the snow and inclimate weather put the kibosh on that.... hoping to reschedule for next weekend....

84 from Woodside to Alice's on 35, then over to the coast, also Hwy 9, Saratoga to Boulder Creek.

Default Sure, 101 North to East Washington to Highway 1 . . .

I guarantee you'll enjoy East Washington, and Highway can be beautiful, day or night. If you're really feeling adventurous, continue on up Highway 1 to Mendocino. The drive is phenomenal, but some of the curves, particularly just north of Jenner, are not for the faint at heart.

Well - depends on the part of the bay area you are talking about - east bay, peninsula, north bay? There are some great roads in the less travelld parts of napa and sonoma county. Hardly any traffic and lots of challenging roads. The primary Bay Area is crowded and the roads in the hills along the coast are usually crowded as well. Do yourself a favor and drive a little to the north bay - and explore some great roads.
