Any online shops that do port and polishing of stock manifolds to get a little more flow going?

Default I have KMD crank pulley >

and "I believe" the exhaust manifold is the same for all 180's; the change occurs at the turbo mounting flange, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong; that would mean there are three styles of exhaust manifold for TT's, and I'm pretty sure there's only two - one for the KO3/KO3 Sport and KO4-01, and one for the KO4-2x. Call ATP & check.

Default Yeah - I don't have the link here at work >

but do a search for "manifold flow test" or "vortex manifold" or the like, sometime in the last 3 or 4 months.

Default Duh, I already have a lightened pully- mine is blue though, it was part of an initial group buy

years ago. Forgot who made it though. Could have easily been KMD. Hooks to the ribbed belt right?

Default Yeah - those guys are out of business >

(I know - been a while we've been doing this, uh-huh!) that was "Turn Two" airc; a bit lighter than KMD. I had one and sold it - was too light, after all the research I did, and it was 'thicker' than the KMD and much thicker than the stock (at the bolt seat), so I didn't like the way the stock bolts 'grabbed' fewer threads as a result.

Yeah maybe it was Turn Two... both would work as the lightened pully though correct?

Default Looks like all I need to do is narrow down the software and wait for a DP to become avail.

Waiting to hear back from Revo- they are SOOOOOOOO slow when it comes to follow up calls or e-mails. Maybe I will give one of their dealers a call instead- even though there is not one real close to me. DP I assume 42DD whenever they get it put together. I have yet to find a shop that will build me one custom for a reasonable price.
