Default Any side effects to shock/suspension upgrades? Such as noise, vibration...

I am considering upgrading my stock suspension since it is inadequate and am wondering if there are any unanticipated downsides.

I could imagine the stiffer ride adding to road noise or exaggerating interior squeaks in a car already prone to the haunting of mysterious buzzing ghosts.

And how is the twitchiness at higher speeds?

Yours, Jason (aka Miles)

Default Start with the wheels and work your way up....

Go to 18"s, then to shocks, then to springs. If you slam it at one time you may have to go backwards. Suggest you be very selective with components and not listen to hype postings. Research the upgrades intensely. Going in a step system gives the suspension tuning a sculpted feel through the process because to much can be as bad as to little. Just my 2 cents.
