Default Honestly, it sounds like excuses but I am not going to

the track with 90 deg nights.....

Once we get a cool weekend, I want to go to the track

Besides, I want to wait till I whip Rahul's *** in a race, so I dont scare him off

Default Sean, how do you think SIII is going to be for us West Coasters?

During Jul/Aug it's pretty much 100 degrees here in the Valley at 10pm!! Leif don't bother charming in, I know it's cooler by the beach

Default remember, I am FWD. That being said, I expect to definitely

hit 13's and most likely would be happy with 13.5 or so without beating the sh*t out of the car.

I do want to see what it runs but not at the expense of trashing the tranny. I still owe my wife for letting me buy the Stg 3, I dont think I have the charm for a 6 spd upgrade yet =oP

Default depends.......if you have a FMIC, it should not be *that* bad

I know that we get some pretty brutal weather here and the car is still quick, but certainly not at its full potential. I dont want to short change myself or go through correction factors etc...

I want a dyno pull and track times when the weather is in the mid 70's.

Default Ahh doode isn't that why you have the FMIC on the car.

Or is it that "YOU" can't handle the hot weather :-P

Almost a second slower than the APR GTI? You can do better.

Default APR GTI is running FMIC, Quaife, lightened flywheel and 100 octane to run mid 12's

not going to come close to that with pump gas.

Default I have a FMIC, Quaife, Lightened Flywheel and I could get 100 Octane

the only thing that I wont ever get is slicks.....

Like I said, I wont beat the hell out of the car in order to better my times, if I *casually* run a 13.5, I would be happy, that means on the street/highway I would be hanging with some *FAST* cars
