there are no easy work-arounds for this.
It's more of a metering system, controlled by an electrical solenoid which alters the flow of air between an input and two output sources.
Here's the more detailed explination.
I think your problem is in the last paragraph.
"The wastegate frequency valve (N75) is pulsed on and off by a DC duty cycle that is computed by the ECU. You can think of N75 as a kind of switch-valve that decides when boosted or unboosted air pressure should be presented to the wastegate. When excessive boost pressure is permitted to enter the wastegate, it acts against the spring loaded valve to allow exhaust gas to bypass the turbo.
In the event of failure (or disconnection of N75), then responsibility for boost pressure regulation is delegated to a mechanical safety feature of the wastegate which operates at lower boost pressure than N75 permits."<ul><li><a href="http://s2central.net/ds_N75.html">N75 details</a></li></ul>

However I am just curious what Replacing my hoses with SAMCO ones really benefits..if anything
It is obvious I am going to stick with my stock N75 valve now.

<center><img src="http://images2.fotki.com/v11/photos/7/7305/149094/DSCF0167-vi.jpg"></center><p>I bet the valve is faulty if it's behaving the way you say it is.
I would caution you on this one, as I would rather you narrow down WHY the N75 is not working before trying any esoteric mods. This was posted not long ago by me and basically makes the N75 adjustable. If you don't have a boost gauge in the car, please don't try it.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/781027.phtml">Audiworld post on Dwyer Valve</a></li></ul>

and imo unless you really want those little extra gains and can fix what you screw up you should not be f'ing with this stuff. Look at it this way, your car runs well now but if you f it up you can't take it to a dealer w/out concern of it being warrantied.
Is it really worth it?

The Samco hose has nothing to do *directly* with the N75.
the N75 connects to the Samco, yes, but your problem is confined to the N75.
Take Stev'es advice on this one.
