Default for a complete flush, at least 2 pints.

Valvoline is probably the best bet to get anywhere as Clark pointed<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/performance/msgs/43451.phtml">a post I made like forever ago :P</a></li></ul>

I guess it depends where you are located. Some local tuner shops have it in stock.
