Anybody had their TT custom painted?

1) order custom color from the factory (requires that you want a color that is an Audi production color from another model and that you can deal with the tax-free or export segment of VW for the country you live in). Cost: 940 Pounds Sterling
2) order custom color from Quattro GMbH (requires that you have a paint code for the color or color to match from the Pantone book and requires that you are able to wait 20 build weeks). Cost: 2000 Pounds Sterling
3) order car in a standard color and repaint (requires complete disassembly of the car, including removal of interior, doors, trim pieces, roof structure, engine mounts, etc.) Cost: $8000 or more
Your pick. Pearlescent colors cost more from Quattro GMbH than metallic colors. By any measure, the third option will be the most expensive and the first option the least expensive.
