Anyone else have a problem with DV hoses splitting?

Yup...My design boosts earlier and in a pretty linear fashion. It limits Max boost too like the one you describe. With the turbo issues S4's have, it's probably a pretty good safety valve hooked up that way.. Mine acts more like a variable N75...Hence No need to experiment with H or J or whatever....Just an orfice size difference anyway, the N75 duty cycle never changes being ECU driven.....

Default where would one get different silicone hoses? from Samco? Forge?

isn't there any other place other than Forgemotorsport.com where you can get Samco hoses in different sizes?

Default Small diameter ones...>

You can get from Hosetechniques (up to 1 inch). Lots of places carry various sizes, bends, reducers, couplers etc, but most of these are 2 inches and up. Hosetechniques, Baker Precision carry this stuff...
