Anyone else play Dope Wars on their PDA? If so, what is your high score?
My high score so far is $98,419,730. I almost broke $100 million once but got busted by Officer Hardass with three days to go. I had 150 packages of cocaine and 125 packages of heroin and a cocaine bust occurred right after I got busted. Only ended up with $65 million then.

How the hell are you getting such high scores? I know one secret is not to buy a gun and fight Officer Hardass. What are some other tips/tricks?

lol, the guy who made dope wars for windows is a good buddy of mine...
... he used my picture as one of the loan sharks in a previous release. And the link in the help screen is to my web site... which causes some interesting discussions on the dope wars forums (the site is in French and has nothing to do with DW)
Maybe we should have a TT cartel in the world tables? ;-)

really? I always try and pay the loan shark back asap
How much do you borrow and how soon do you borrow it? The interest rate seems crazy so I try and pay it back fast so as not to accrue too much. Will have to try borrowing money.

you have the potential to make giant deals when you have a big loan.
wait for a fantastic deal on a high-price commodity. You can possibly make a 300 or 400% benefit on the deal (if not more). That's a ton more than the 10% interest you're paying... it's definitely worth it. I always pay the loan shark back when I have so much money that I can't spend it all at one time.
