Default Anyone got any pictures of the 300 BHP TT yet?

I love my 180 TT coupe & have a 300 BHP Roadster on order. I know the 300 BHP will have 18' wheels and lower suspension. But that's all I know??!! I want to see what I've ordered!!

Default Check out.... (more)

www.automedia-online.com/e_index

Go to the spy photos section and you will see some shots of the STT (Coupe) - though apart from rear spoiler it doesn't look much different !

Have you ordered the 300BHP through a UK dealer ? Mine had no idea about it (but would take a £500 deposit "in case we hear about one" !!)

Default I have an order for TTRS coupe - no spec but 'at least 300' possibly 2.5 30v V5 biturbo, possibly .

V6 2.8 biturbo or V6 3.2. Either way ditch the 70s 4 pot for something more fitting. Marius B has made good posts elsewhere on this subject.

My view is that V5 turbo 5V will make good marketing sense (links back to original Quattro) V6 may be too close to VW hot golfs and beetles planned. VAG boss is on record as favouring 5 cyls.

Default Here's the deal...

There is no 300 hp TT period. This has not been announced and putting down a deposit on one is a waste of money, as you could be earning interest elsewhere. The so-called "spy photos" at Automedia, are not spy photos at all, but rather a computer enhanced guess from Schulte Design. A more powerful TT may or may not appear in a year or two, but this is very much premature.

Default Re: Here's the deal...

let's see Brad. I will remind you when I hear more. Regular Audi UK customers don't all have to lodge a deposit until the final spec and local currency pricing is finalised. So that is not a problem.

I have #6 UK RS4 order without placing deposit.

I attended launch of TT at RCA last year. I was told that Quattro Gmbh will be producing an RS version of key models (inc TT).

Maybe not for USA. We'll see.
