Default Anyone have experience w/ changing out the grill?...

I finally have a day off w/ nothing planned, so I'm am going to takle the task. How difficult is it removing the front bumper, and is there anything I need to look out for when doing so?

Tips / tricks?...

Default I just changed mine out, see my previous thread from last week>>

Went from a POS Char Broil LP unit to a Weber charcoal unit. I am very satisfied with the result.

Wait, did you mean "grille?"

Default charcoal is nice.

i end up using hardwood charcoal.

Default you'll never go back...

i use a chimney...where you pour the hardwood in a cylinder...crumple 2 pieces of newspaper on the bottom, light the edges and you've got roaring embers. pour it on the bottom of the grille and you're good to go.
