Anyone have an N75 fail? What were the symptoms?

the "VAG K04 transverse 1.8t" on their TT page, so I assume it's a "field replacable unit"...
it sure couldn't hurt to replace the hose. Remember though, it's an oddball... a tiny inside diameter on the turbo end, with a larger ID on the N75 end
I built a coupler, with hardware store brass hose barbs in the two diameters, screwed together... then used larger silicone hose from the N75 to the coupler... and smaller from the coupler to the waste gate. It's been bullet proof since

Having two mostly identical cars with incompatible AMU and BEA parts is a bit maddening at times ![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
