Default Anyone have pics of different bras & prices

I live in the Central Valley of California and when I drive out in the country at dawn and dusk, it's like it's raining bugs. The whole front of the car is YUK! Any good or bad sides to putting on a bra?
Thanks

Default hey go easy on the "new members" please (more)

send "freddy" on WCTT list a message as he's got a pretty good bra (black in color) which handles this. Of course you might want to look into getting one dyed red but not sure of the cost(s) for that.

My suggestion(s) would be......

Pressure Washer $100-$200
I have one and it gets 90% of all the bugs off. I will probably re-spray the front end next year (2yrs) inc one West-East Coast trip.

The only reason I suggest the pressure washer is by putting a bra on you'll still have a horrible "bug" sight to clean up. The TT paint is pretty good standing (chip wise etc).

Paint Protection Film $200-$400 installed
This is a little more expensive but probably not much more than the bra(s) and well worth it. When I get my front end re-sprayed next year I will get this done.

So are you joining us for TT-West? you really won't regret it

Default I've had a Colgan mask and the OEM mask. Colgan is easier to install (no screws)...

and it's more substantial feeling, but I like the looks of the OEM. Invicashield makes a clear bra that's supposed to work pretty well, although I've heard it can be work to install.

My OEM fell apart after 5k miles. I got a new one for free, but I'd never get another.

Default Colgan here

I've used it twice, same reason: Bugs.
I could never get the covers on the alien heads.
I have the mirror bras also.
