Make sure there is not a remnant of the old lens stuck in one of the slots.

The Riso corners don't match all of the headlights out there. My Riso corners are clearly different than the stock corners. The tabs and cutouts are different locations and sizes.

Default I remember it being talked about way back, I think Riso knows about it too (edit)
Not sure on years/models. I'm installing the Riso smoked lenses into a headlight housing I got off of ebay so no idea what they came out of. I can post try to post pics but I've done some surgery on them to try to make them match.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/tt/msgs/1665846.phtml">Found this old post</a></li></ul>
