Anyone having trouble w/their Escort 8500?? ..mine keeps giving off KA alerts for no reason....

Yup - but unfortunately motorcycle cops in town use it and......

only ticket i've gotten - for a 40 in a 30 no less was when I had K and X off :-(

You know what--this has happened to me before too.

I turn it off and on again and it is then back to normal. Not sure what causes it. Has happened maybe 3 or 5 times, but hasn't happened in a while though, like maybe a year ago...?
