Probably 12 hours over a period of 2 weeks. This mod doesn't make sense for most.

Default I did it too... but paid a shop $100 to do it..
well worth the money... I've polished parts in the past, and knew the mani would take forever
btw I noticed no change in intake temps before and after the polish.....
