Default Anyone know how well alcantara forms to curves?

considering doing most of the interior, but it doesn't look like a very stretchy material...

Let me know what price you get... I'm thinking about a rear seat delete and covering with Alcantara

Default Please don't pay for that seat delete kit...

That thing could be made for so much cheaper, I hope you're planning on just fabricating something.

Default Yes, I am going to fabricate it myself.

I will probably build it out of lexan and then cover it with alcantara. I want to keep the flat area that you have with the rear seat down.. just not go so far forward.

Default You can get microsuede ...

It's pretty cheap, like $12/yard. I'm not sure if it forms better than alcantara, all I know is that the DIYs of sueding the headliner I've read have used this.

What are you recovering exactly in the interior?<ul><li><a href="http://www.fabric.com/home-decor-fabric-suede-fabric-leather-fabric-microsuede.aspx">MicroSuede</a></li></ul>
