Try booking an appt at rector audi in burlingame and see if you get actually get one. I've been leaving msgs with the service dept for 4 weeks, (incl the service mgr) to get an appt but heard nothing yet.

I've been going to Rector for three years (2001 TT) and never had any problems making an appointment. Having said that I haven't been there for about four months, so maybe something happened within that time period.

They've improved a great deal from the past. There was a time when I've said I'd never go there but I've been happy with their service and there attention to calling and giving updates.
