I've owned the TT for a month, and even with the seat all the way down and back, this brace is absolutley killing me. With or without the pad, I guess because I'm 6'2" and to get comfortable I need to spread my legs out a bit.
I see how easy it is to remove, 3 torx bolts. But does the brace serve any functional purpose other than to drive me nuts?
Anyone take their out, cosmetic or structurally important?

removed the brace today. If anyone wants to do the same, 4 bolts, you will need a T-30 Torx (star) bit. Easy and its like driving a whole new car, no more leg pain!
