Anyone running the ECS lighweight flywheel in their Quattro? >>>
Just wondering about this as it looks like a great piece as it is dual mass, 9 lbs and cut out of billet aluminum.

Not dual mass, I am running their Stg III clutch and flywheel,
As far as I know it is Single mass and causes chatter. I love it, I think that you have to get the clutch too to make sure it fits right, Not sure on that one. I went with ECS because at the time I bought it there was talk that Spec used stock pressure plate and that it caused problems, someone here just got Spec clutch and flywheel, Axeyercat or something Chris I think, Not sure how he likes it. I would recommend this if you are looking at higher performance clutch, it revs some much better and accelerates faster too :-)

You have a 7lb flywheel and their site only has the 9lb one >>>
I called them up and they said they use the stock Luk clutch and upgrade it with Kevlar lining and also upgrade the stock pressure plate.
How bad is the chatter? Is the chatter from the clutch or the flywheel?
Thanks.
