anyone service their car at Schneider & Nelson Audi in West Long Branch NJ? How are they

I wouldn't go there even if all the service reps were models.....
That dealership must be the most f***ed up dealership ever! They take your car in and from that point on your don't know what happens. The Service Manager is a HUGE ***** and screams like a little girl! Take it from me, I have been going to DCH Audi for service and have zero complaints, except sales is not that great, they don't know how to retain the customer.

They have a nice little sales area for parts. Other than that I would not do business with them....
They have an attitude like they are doing you a favor doing business with them. Vote with your dollars somewhere else.
