Good luck. My car was in the shop for 30 continuous days. In the past 1 1/2 years it's been in the shop 45 days. I've contacted AoA about 10 times since owning the car. The last time was when my car was in the shop for a week getting the ESP/Anti-lock Break system fixed. AoA never reimbursed me for any of my car payments (I own it, I don't lease it). Only after the last time I contacted them did they even hint at being remotely apologetic about my car's problems. If the reliability of Audi's cars doesn't kill them, their customer service surely will.
