Default Intake temp....

false reading of the intake temp might be caused by a bad sensor or wire. Check the connecter. Also check for vacuum leak to the fuel pressure regulator. Might be a bad coil which was already mentioned. Bad O2 sensor might make it run rich also. They have the tools and should be able to figure it out. What a crock!

Default don't have the original exhaust - I gave it to Ken (sTTanford)... either way, warranty it up.....

I'll probably have the guys at ND take a look - I work about 5 minutes away.... I've even contemplated taking the whole top half of the motor off and do a manual de-carbon.... I'm sure that is the problem as it surely explains my problems with the MTM chip - which I can't run because of the SEVER pinging....

Default I'll do that when I get the car back.... My tech guy checked/replaced most, if not all of the....

sensors already (temps, O2's), along with coilpacks, injectors, MAF again (these were swapped out the last time it was in for this back in October.... he spent a LOT of time (almost a week) before AOA gave the order to stop work....

Default As noted below, all of the sensors have been replaced - even IF the exhaust could somehow...

cause the problem over the long run, it is certainly NOT the immediate culprit. I'm almost 100% positive that the misfire is a direct result of carbon build up - both times that a de-carbon have been performed, the car ran MUCH better, still a little misfire here and there, but the problem gets more severe after a few thousand miles.... I even told the tech that I see a lot of carbon on the exhaust tips....

I'm going to shop around to a few of the local guru guys and see if they might be able to help....

Ask him to check the fuel pressure regulator, lines and fuel pump too.
