Change the plugs. Also Check...
If you get a code for Manifold pressure too high. That will causes the engine to misfire. If you have a Manifold Pressure DTC you have to change the Change Pressure Sensor. I had the same problems it took two day to figure out. Misfire code also should comes with some other codes if only that code then just change the plugs and don't use those iriduim plugs only use factory plugs.
