Default APR chip upgrade?

Now that my 2001 Quatro roadster is out of warranty, I am considering an APR chip upgrade. Would the increase in HP and torque be that noticeable? Is it an easy install?

Default Extraordinarily noticeable

My 2001 TTQR is much happier, but you'll soon want some other things to go with the chip. The Modshack is a great place to start. Have you done anything with the suspension or brakes or exhaust?

The mod fanatics on this forum will take care of your discretionary spending for the foreseeable future. (But it's still cheaper and better than so many other automotive alternatives.)
