Audi Customer Satisfaction
As bad as I felt about getting my tranny replaced and being without my car for 9 days, I have a lot of great feelings about Audi's customer satisfaction. Due to my circumstances, Audi is refunding me a month's worth of lease payment. That is more than fair and a testament to their customer service.
