My problem is not with AAA. My problem is that I had to tell the person at Audi Roadside Assistance my Vin number, Name, Address, State and Type of Car over, over, over and over again and she still couldn't get it right...after 20 minutes on the phone with her.

you took your car to and have always received excellent care from their service department. I can understand your frustration after the roadside service taking so long then the first dealership not fixing it but University should be able to fix your clutch, it's not rocket science. Ask to have Mike Kershaw look at it, he's the best mechanic they have on staff. As far as the body damage, accidents happen...it's unfortunate that it happened to you after all that you have been through. Russ in the body shop is very understanding and they will repair the car so that you'll never know it happened. If you continue to have problems, ask to speak to Rob Will, he's the owner and he has an open door policy. University is remodeling and they are very short of space, that may be why they want to charge for storage. I hope you can work things out and can start enjoying your car without worries.

my assumption is that the person at "Audi Roadside" is actually the person at "AAA" who is under contract to serve Audi. so you're getting no better or worse than the run of the mill AAA response, and the blame still resides with AAA, not Audi. but I could be wrong - I'd be interested if anyone knows how the thing is really set up...

Spare tire out of the clutches of the trunk. I am going to start a thread on this topic. Look Up.
