Audi needs to find another source for their leather seats ... the leather on my seat is not lookin'

good. I use the Zaino leather treatment/conditioner about every other month, and still I located two small cracks on the seat.

new leather seat covers for the drivers seat. The passenger is ok for now. It's unfortunate that all dealers don't treat their customers the same.

. . . which is why I'm in such a hurry to thrown on a Wet Okole seat cover. I may even thrown on a Costco sheepskin cover until the Okole set arrives.
My passenger seat gets little use (my wife <i>hates</i> the TT), so it's fine for now.
