It said market introduction was mid-2003. So that means late '04 for the States or early '05.

Sweet! I hope thats the base model though. 250bhp is still not enough...

seems like it's automatic-only, and not much faster than the 225

Default So a heavier engine & heavier transmission with the torque & hp of a chipped 225.

The last thing the TT needs is more front end weight.

I agree, better have a twin turbo version lined up behind this one...

No chance that losing the turbo plumbing will balance out the additional cylinders?

Looks like a step sideways with performance and 2 steps backwards in the looks dept.
