Is the Audi TT Car Cover Water resistant?

Is the Audi TT Car Cover Water resistant?
I got the California stormweave car cover because it was specifically made for outdoor rainy and windy conditions. Can the Audi TT cover hold up outside or is it more to keep of the dust indoors?

It is totally water repellant!
My car was in a storm for 3 days and it was dry under the cover. I even went out at one point to see how dry the cover kept the car. I was very surprised that the car was dry as a bone everywhere except at the bottom edges in a few spots.
