I have this same roof and this picture has to be a setup as it takes two people to place it on the car.I bought this roof from a tt Forum in the UK and it cost as much to ship it to Toronto as it cost to buy. I have seen some for sale on the UK and German ebay sites but most do not have the fitments which you can get from vagparts in the UK. The original cost as an option in Europe was approx. $3500.00 with the storage bag and fitments for $400.00.
My total cost landed was about $2500.00. I am sure that trying to produce a custom would be quite costly in relation to looking for a used one.

So far we're two guys interested in a carbon hard top. Something that isn't as plain ast the European OEM one. If I can find others interested, I can have it designed.
