It spent almost 2 months of the time I owned it at the dealer being fixed - and the items were not nitpicky things.
Master cylinder failed (for brakes)
Coil Packs failed (multiple)
Windows roll down after leaving car
Airbag system failed
electrical gremlins for interior lighting
electrical gremlins for exterior lights
and the list could go on but that's just off the top of my head.
I'd say it's a crap shoot on what quality you are going to get, but I'll never by another Audi again.

Mostly minor things:
- battery died without warning
- parking light bulb went out
- horn didn't work briefly
- passenger window stopped working
(mine was #151 off the initial assembly line, so I almost expected minor things)
One major thing:
- Fuel sending units malfunctioned causing car to shut off at high speeds. This was handled poorly by my local dealership (who said I needed to wait 6 weeks for service)...but then handled superbly by Audi of America who apologized for dealership's error and took care of everything speedily.
In my opinion, once you get a car of this caliber, you don't have to worry about the car because the company behind it will back it up as much as they need to. You only thing you have to worry about is the dealership. They can sway your ownership experience in one direction or another.
