Audi TT Video from Texas World Speedway
This is old footage, but I never posted it up.
A friend of mine with a camera in his TT Roadster agreed to turn the camera backward while I chase him around the track. This way you get to see the front end of my car all the way around the track.
Texas World Speedway, Counter Clockwise, 2.7 mile roadcourse.
This wasn't a particularly fast lap but is pretty quick.
Anyway, I thought the footage turned out pretty good.
Later,
Ryan E.
P.S. Sorry for the lines on the screen, they are actually from the rear window of the TTR.

Audi TT at TWS

Sweeeeet. I remember how much fun TWS was.
I've got the TT itch again pretty bad lately. I'm going to try to snag myself one sometime in 2007 when the budget allows.
BTW, I'm wondering if you have any old pics of my TT hanging around on your hard drive. I realized lately that most of the pics I have are the post-accident pics. I think you took a couple at dusk in the parking lot of your old place near spicewood springs and 360, and also some at TWS. If they're easy to find, it'd be cool to have 'em.
I'm also gonna hit up Dave W. in case he has an archive of the old AAC website member's section.

Yeah that looks fun! I have a buddy with a SC VR6 'rado who >>>
has been encouraging me to track the Corrado or the TT. I'm planning to AutoX the TT this coming weekend, I need to take the step up to tracking it!
Thanks for the video- it makes it that much more tempting!

Was that an ACNA event ????
Oh-- guess not with the roadster. Regardless, I'd like to do an event there. That is a nice looking road course and the oval section would really be different. Fort Worth right??? I have a son there. Good excuse for a visit, or vice versa.

Call these guys and tell them I sent you...
John Long and Dan Pedroza run JC Autospec in Round Rock located near La Frontera. They work on a lot of track and autocross cars.
They know me pretty well, so tell them I sent you.
Dan/John will be very honest about if he believe the LSD is something he is confident installing.
