Default Avus wheels for TT?

I'm not a big fan of the 5-spoke wheels that seem to be stock on the 225's (one of which should be mine at the end of May). If I'm going to replace the wheels anyway, I figure I may as well go for the coolest looking wheels on the planet -- the S4's Avus wheels. I assume this will work? Does anyone know how much they'd cost from a dealer? (The parts department, presumably -- I'm not expecting them to get it from the factory...)

Default wrong.

The bolt pattern for the B5 Passat/S4/A4/A6/etc. platform is 5 on 112, the bolt pattern for the TT/Golf/Etc. is 5 on 110. Also, the offsets are wrong, even if you had the wheels redrilled.

The TT chassis is a Golf, like it or not, not an Audi platform.

Default Golf based, but very different in turn. Sure, the offset must be checked.

The platform is one thing (Golf platform is excellent anyway), but the suspension arms are different and require their own offset value that can change among specific models using the same platform.<p>Franck

Default Cameron, everything I have read says the TT is 5X100mm NOT 5X110mm

Default Re: wrong.

Well, that's a shame. Then what about prices on the regular 6-spoke wheels?
