Default Check this...

http://www.wak-tt.com/mods/babyseat.htm

I think you might have a hard time finding a suitable infant seat, but from 6 months up there's no problem...

We had an A4 estate to start off with when our little girl was born, but soon "upgraded" the A4 to a TT. We use the Britax Isofix seat for our little lady who's now 2½ years old. The Britax seat is the same as the Audi factory seat, we just preferred the Britax fabrics. The Britax is also quite a bit cheaper than the Audi one. Isofix is great especially for a small car like the TT, it only takes a few minutes to instal, so we only put it in when our daughter comes along...

Congrats in advance and hope you find a way to keep the TT

Default I never put a baby seat (rear facing) in my TT, only 2 boosters.

Mainly because of the hassle of moving the seats and their bases. with boosters, its very easy to move them from car-to-car.

Default Pretty much impossible to put a rear facing seat

in the back.

But as soon as your baby can sit in a forward facing seat, you get a few more options - and even more options when the child can sit in a booster.

FWIW - The Britax Roundabout works well as a forward facing seat.

Default Yes, you got it right. No passenger with baby in the back. Only>

if you have a 4-5 year old with no car seat, can you have a passenger in the front.

From my exp.

Default Based only on my experience, rear facing baby seat - impossible

forward facing baby seat - very unlikely, booster seats - priceless!!

Default thanks for all your inputs ...

hopefully i dont have to sell, need to show this to my wife that i still put the baby in the back.

it seems that infant car seat is impossible, but toddler is doable. so no family outing in TT for at least 6-9 months..

thanks!!
