Default Yup...That is the determinant....looks like a Bogus Ebay MAF ...BUT...>>

Also take a look at the inside of of your MAF plug to be sure all the pin sockets are intact. Milpower had a similar situation with a deteriorating plug..

Default So I checked the plugs and the ebay one has much smaller pins...the ones from the

mass air meter that I originally had are thicker and actually fit into the socket.....the ebay ones are so thin they barely fit into the socket.

Default more than likely does not have a whole lot to do with it>>>

get a MAF from a reputable company or a refurbed from Audi.....
