Default Bees Like Zaino!! (and other product reviews)...

So yesterday I finally had a free day that was nice and sunny so I tested the following products that I had previouly purchased. I used them on the accord so I could get the process down before botching anything on the TT in a few weeks.

1. Zaino Clay Bar: VERY COOL!!! The accord had never had this done and I feel like I removed years of buildup and made the car feel so glassy.

2. Zaino Wash: Just like any other wash. Probably more gentle on wax, but hadn't gotten there yet.

3. California Water Blade and P21S Alein Skin drying towel: Great combination. Waterblade in right hand, P21S in left. Dried car so quickly, even with sheets of water still on the car (no wax yet).

4. Z1, Z2, Z6: Amazing shine!!! I didn't use the Z5 as it was starting to rain, but it looked so good. And attracted a lot of bees. Whatever is in the Z2 smells good to me as well as the animal kingdom. Products so easy to use and so effective, especially the z6.

5. Stoners Invisible glass: Used crumpled up Financial Times newspaper (pink-toned paper) and it cleaned the glass magnificently. I have a hunch that normal newspaper would be just as effective.

After the rain, I went back out with the Water blade and P21S and dried the car in literally three mins. Very little standing water on car as the Zaino caused it all to bead up nicely, and I only put on one coat.
I know similar reviews have been posted before, but a little repetition is understandable given the quality of the products described.

Default Since we're on the subject of avoiding botch'd jobs...

I think I made a mistake and applied the plastic cleaner to the dashboard instead of the leather conditioner or Armourall. The plastic cleaner needs to be buffed out but that is VERY difficult with the dashboard surface.

Anyone have any experience with this? I'm going to get out there tomorrow and use a soft-but-stiff brush to clean the dashboard before applying the Z-leather conditioner.

Hey... Two Zaino threads within one minute. Are we back to the way the forum used to be?

Default My neighbors as well. I have to go to great lengths to avoid waterspots as I live in an apartment

and have no cover from sunlight. If they think I'm crazy now, wait until the TT comes.

Default Zaino can be applied in the sun says so in their instructions

In fact, he encourages it. Most modern, good waxes/polishes can be applied in direct sunlight.
