Default elastomeric lexan glue...but preferrably the remaining glue should be adequate....

...and that will eliminate incompatibility

Default I've done headlights on 3 cars. Never used more glue beyond the stuff already in them. No issues.

What are you going to do? Are you going to paint the housings? That would be very nice on red!

Default housings are staying flat black

i examined a lot of colors and decided that i liked the black best on amulet.

Default So, are you removing the reflectors? Using clear lenses?

If you are you should fill the holes and paint them (even if it is black) for a better look.

Default yes of course :-)

reflector has been removed, holes have been filled, housing has been repainted to hide the filler, and smoked riso corners have been inserted. i'll top it off with 5400k xenons. all this is being done to virgin housings which i will have clearbra'd to avoid pitting.

Default Should look very nice :-)

Any chance you can take some pics of the effect the new bulbs have? Could you perhaps put one of the old lights in and take a pic with both lights on? I'm considering getting some brighter bulbs.

Default Ignorance alert!

I have ordered the corners, but that is as far as I have gotten.

I have a question about painting. If there is still lens adhesive on the housing, how do you paint, and not mess up the adhesive bead?

It may be obvious once you "get in there", but seems like it could trip me up when I get there...

Can someone post a picture of the de-lensed housing?

Default most of the adhesive stays on the other pieces

very little ends up on the piece you paint, so it's not an issue.
