Best place to tap in for a Voltimeter gauge?

My volt gauge went here (like Steve Schwing) -

I grounded under the lower dash here -

that when you open the fuse panel, and you see the two torx bolts up closer to the top, the one marked with the yellow paint is a direct connection to ground, and the other one is +5VDC...
or maybe they're opposite
point being, one's an unfused +5 and the other is GND

under the dash forward to the left. The big lug marked 75A (1 of 4) is a switched hot lead that goes right to the battery. Good idea to Fuse your voltmeter if you tap this one.
