Best value all-season tires for 19"s?

i've had pirelli nero zeros, toyos, continentals, etc...
the toyos were crap. the pirelli nero zeros are also pretty crap (terrible traction, poor performance) and the continentals were alright, but just formed bubbles.
i had a flat on the freeway last year....and i was forced to put a tire on at the time of the flat.....they put on Cooper Zeons and i gotta say...i am HUGELY impressed. the tires are great...with great traction and good performance.
i'm gonna swap all the tires for these soon.....it's rare i'm surprised like this by a tire.
